Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Somen noodles
  • 3 Stalks green onion 
  • 1/2 Small head of lettuce
  • 1/2 Small cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Spam
  • 3 oz Kamaboko
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Small carrot

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Shoyu
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Cook somen noodles as per package instructions.
  • Once cooked, rinse under cool water until chilled. Drain well and set aside.
  • In a large bowl arrange somen noodles, lettuce, char siu, eggs, kamaboko, carrots, cucumber, and green onions in layers.
  • For the dressing, combine vegetable oil, shoyu, sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl, mixing thoroughly.
  • Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat everything evenly
