Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium Everything bagels
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 medium Ripe tomato
  • 4 leaves of Lettuce romaine or green leaf
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1/3 cup Banana peppers sliced
  • 4 slices Colby Jack cheese
  • 12 ounces sliced Deli turkey breast

Instructions
 

  • Slice bagels in half horizontally and toast until slightly golden.
  • While bagels are toasting, slice the red onion into very thin rings. Slice the tomato, rinse and pat the lettuce dry, and slice the cucumber.
  • Lay each bagel half on a clean work surface.
  • Spread each half with Dijon mustard.
  • Layer lettuce, turkey, cheese, tomato slice, cucumber slices, banana peppers, and red onion.
  • Top with the other half of the bagel.
  • Press down on the sandwich slightly and cut in half. Enjoy!
