It makes the watermelon taste even sweeter and better. And when you put it on skewers, it's even more fun to eat! Tajin on watermelon is the perfect summer treat—it's refreshing, tangy, and so easy to make. Just sprinkle it on and enjoy as a snack or side dish with any summer meal!

Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 cups Cubed watermelon about half a small watermelon
  • 1 tsp Tajin seasoning
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 tbsp Fresh mint chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cut the watermelon into cubes, triangles, sticks, or balls.
  • If using skewers, put the watermelon pieces on the skewers.
  • Sprinkle the Tajin seasoning over the watermelon.
  • Squeeze the juice from the lime over the watermelon.
  • Sprinkle the chopped mint on top.

  • Chamoy is a sweet, tangy, and mildly spicy sauce made from pureed dried fruits, hibiscus, and chilli powder. You can use homemade chamoy or buy it from the store. 
  • Tajin is a chilli lime seasoning that is salty, tangy, and a bit spicy. You can make your own if you want it spicier or try the habanero version for extra heat.
  • Use seedless watermelon for easier snacking.
