– 2 Medium potatoes – 1 tbsp Olive oil – 1 tsp Italian seasoning – 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese – 1/2 tsp Salt – 1/4 tsp Pepper
1. Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Slice the potatoes into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick. 3. Rinse the slices in cold water and pat them dry with a towel. 4. Mix olive oil, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
5. Toss the potato slices in this mix until they’re coated. 6. Put them in the air fryer basket in a single layer. 7. Cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, tossing halfway through. 8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
